Platform Usage Rules
The bdgames platform may only be used for personal entertainment purposes; use for commercial or third-party purposes is strictly prohibited. No content, software, or data from the platform may be copied, distributed, or modified without permission. Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Users are required to treat other members with respect, and any form of harassment or abuse will not be tolerated. Any attempt to compromise the security or functionality of the platform will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions will be conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳), and local payment methods may be used where applicable. Deposited funds may only be used within the account from which the deposit was made; transfers to third-party accounts are prohibited. Withdrawal requests may take time to process and may be held pending until verification is complete. bdgames is committed to preventing money laundering and may require additional verification for suspicious transactions. Responsible Gaming & Age Verification

If evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is found, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified. Users may also request to close their own account at any time. Even after account termination, any valid balance may still be withdrawn, subject to verification. Platform services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons.
Right to Modify Terms
Bdgames reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
